Lewiston to McCall

Heading out of Lewiston up the Winchester Grade you will see the Wooly Mammoth Exhibit @ Grangeville, then continue on to the White Bird Canyon Battlefield’s Viewpoint You will enjoy the ride along the Salmon River to Riggins.

The next stop is lunch at the confluence of the Salmon River and the Little Salmon River before heading out to Payette Lake. Overnight  accommodations are in McCall Idaho where you will find breath-taking scenery.

Good morning!  Time to head out to Cambridge, Oxbow Reservoir. Remember, a fuel stop for you and your ride before the Hells Canyon Overlook would be wise! Joseph, Oregon is a beautiful location for an overnight rest. Wallowa Lake County Park , Joseph Canyon Overlook, and Grande Rhonde River, all are great picture points.

Rattlesnake Grade will have you paying attention through its series of twisty curves. With a stop to reflect your tour at the Snake River Park near Asotin you will be only a few minutes away from your Hotel where congratulations are in order and where your Journal of Memories will forever be with you!
